TEN 8 PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS was founded by A LOS ANGELES POLICE OFFICER WITH 31 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A VARIETY OF POLICE DISCIPLINES AND ALMOST TWO DECADES IN CONSTITUTIONAL POLICING AND POLICY.
